Mountain Edge Studios sit on a little plateau near the top of Tamborine Mountain, just 30 minutes from the Gold Coast, in one of Queensland's most desirable and beautiful areas. 

Mountain Edge offers an escape with a difference, and everything to make it memorable. Perfect for WEEKENDS AWAY, SHORT BREAKS, HONEYMOONS.  Peace, romance and rejuvenation can be yours here, with the vast ocean and city views and charming ambience weaving their own magic. 

Our chef's Room Service Dinner is available on Friday evening - the perfect decision after travelling. Relax with a glass or two of wine beside the log fire and forget about driving. A  delicious breakfast basket is delivered Mon - Fri, and chef's hot breakfast on Sat. and Sun.  With a midday check-out you can really take advantage of the privacy and tranquility every morning. 

Aromatherapy massages, beauty treatments etc. are available by appointment, with a qualified masseuse visiting your studio or cottage.  Winery tours, restaurants, golf, horse-riding and massages are happily booked.  Bring some favourite CDs or borrow from the DVD library to kick back and watch a movie after a wonderful day exploring the mountain.

There are three studios for couples and a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage which is also equipped for guests with Special Needs.

Studios

Architecturally delightful with the warmth of timber, the spacious studios for couples are air conditioned, each with a spa or giant tub, burners for crackling log fires in winter, generous kitchenette, private patio and courtyard. They are set amidst trees, birdlife and nature.  

	Romantic Red The Red Studio has rich romantic decor, featuring plum red and beautiful rich timber. Whether enjoying the spa bath, relaxing in bed or snuggling by the fire, you can enjoy the twinkling lights of the Gold Coast.
	Cool Blue The Blue Studio exudes the relaxed charm of a colonial homestead. It has a giant bath tub, combustion log fire and very private patio, and enjoys the same glorious views as the Red and Green Studios, across the hinterland and Gold Coast
	Green Peace The Green Studio enjoys the same magnificent views to the East and features a giant spa bath. Unwind and feel enriched while you watch the colour changes of the distant Gold Coast high rises and waters as the sun falls behind Tamborine Mountain.
	Happy Yellow The Yellow cottage has an optional second bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom, making it ideal for two couples to share, or for families with children over 7. The master room has a spa bath with 180 degree views of the Gold Coast and North, a log fire for evening warmth and ambience in winter, and air con. for summer. Its brightly coloured decor fills Yellow with a warm aura as the day begins. The cottage is equipped for those with Special Needs.
